GREATEST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!

I have lived at Legend on the Green for the past year. Unfortunately due to a job re-location, I am so sad because I loved ... living at Legends on the Green. I had an amazing golf course view. The apartment was loaded with new appliances, it was quiet and the amenities like the fitness center and pool were fantastic! The location was was "sick"! You have the best shopping within all of San Antonio, within walking distance and the best part is...it is a gated community! The BEST PART IS the staff. It is awesome! The Property Manager along with her Senior Professional Staff and Maintenance is always available and always put you 1st and make you feel like a VIP! I would totally disregard any previous reviews that are not 5 STAR. I can tell you the TRUTH from experience. Today is a very SAD day because I know I will never find a place like this again. As a military brat living ALL over the country, I regret so much leaving Legends on the Green. I would like to give them MORE than a 5 STAR review, but it won't let me. Quite Content Here

I moved here a month ago, and have been nothing but pleased. This is a lovely plot of land, and all of my visitors are impressed ... that I live on a golf course. There are deer roaming around every day, and it's very quiet here. The walls are very thick and I rarely hear my neighbors. Even when the people upstairs do Cross-Fit, it isn't that loud. The units are older but well maintained. Work orders are handled expediently. The balcony is large enough for a proper sectional, and I get tons of hummingbirds checking out my plants. The laundry room is a tight fit, but it works for me. The space is well-designed and quite livable. The office staff are always friendly and courteous. Parking is a little difficult in the evening; a reserved carport or garage is a must here. Also, there are only like 4 mail lockers, so you usually have to rush home if you want to get your packages from the office. Overall, the Legends on The Green get 2 thumbs up from me. I AM HAPPY!

I moved in in February, and have been very happy that I chose Legends on the Green as my new home. The staff is great, maintenance ... took care of my work order the same day. Yes, it's as good as it looks

Lived here for 2+ yrs and after seeing the latest sprucing up decided to write. I fell in love with the woodsy feel of the ... place set in the middle of a gold course. But that's just part of what will keep me here for a long time. The maintenance crew is great at dealing with requests ASAP. The prop mgt spends $ on it like a homeowner does on his property: creating new picnic/bar-b-q areas, fixing curbs, adding prkg spots, and always trimming & pruning trees & bushes.
